Supreme Court rules majority-Black Louisiana map 'unconstitutional'; Johnson talks election impacts

House Speaker and Louisiana Rep. Mike Johnson reacted to the Supreme Court ruling on Wednesday that determined a redrawn map creating a second majority-Black district in the state was “unconstitutional.”

Johnson said this was the “obvious result.”
