Following the horrific attack in Southport, hate-fuelled online lies sparked nationwide riots.

Posts on social media immediately after the murder of three children in Southport incorrectly aligned the killer with Islamic extremism. Ensuing riots were inspired by this rapidly spreading lie.

Following the sentencing of Axel Rudakubana for the murders, Kemi Badenoch and Robert Jenrick have criticised Labour's response - but Andrew Marr warns they must tread carefully.
