Major US and European leaders were supposed to be meeting in London to discuss peace between Russia and Ukraine.
President Donald Trump's Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, was the first major name to pull out of the event, triggering a string of last minute cancellations.
This comes after Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky claimed Russian attacks carried on over Easter despite Putin's declared 'Easter Truce'.
