Over 100,000 people marched through London at the weekend in a protest promoted by Tommy Robinson (Stephen Yaxley-Lennon) and attended - virtually - by Elon Musk.
Will Lloyd and George Monaghan attended for the New Statesman and join Rachel Cunliffe to report what they saw.
George tells of meeting Neo-Nazis shouting racist slurs and Nazi slogans. Will describes a "really bad" atmosphere which encouraged racism, xenophobia and violence.
They discuss the role Elon Musk has played in promoting far-right views, and in particular the intervention the X owner made by addressing the rally via video call - as well as how Keir Starmer should respond.
