How do we continue to elect inept people into official positions of governance and leadership? In this instance, an Ohio county board of commissioners failed to pay for the Sheriff's Department patrol vehicles and the Sheriff received a notice of repossession. It was reported that up to 41 vehicles could have been subject to repossession. The board supposedly made a last minute payment to keep the cars from getting repossessed but county residents want to know what the hell happened. We are watching the societal decay in real time.
