Hostile to change. Unwilling to help ourselves.

This clip shows what I tend to encounter in talking with people in private and governmental (national security, law enforcement in particular) organizational environments - This is the case even when people "ask for help". We have too many people in positions of authority who absolutely refuse to listen to anyone but themselves, who will resist all change initiatives, and who will justify their positions to the detriment of the people that they are supposed to be serving. As a society, we will never get better or solve any problems if this kind of nonsense remains the norm. The response in this video is sad, but true (and a bit humorous in this instance).
