A Citizen is mad that other citizens are being asked to leave a meeting for trying to speak with their elected public servants! So he speaks up & is arrested... Unlawfully & Unjustly!
Booked into jail for Disorderly Conduct... but the Prosecutor REFUSED TO FILE FORMAL CRIMINAL CHARGES... the Prosecutor correctly called the arrest Unlawful & Unjust!
The Citizen filed a Federal Lawsuit against the City, the Mayor, the City Council, the City Attorney, & the Police for the First Amendment Violation, among other things... & the citizen was VICTORIOUS!
