as posted by the channelThis is the 2nd video in a 3 video series that explains Muncie Mayor Dan Ridenour's FAILURE to secure $1 million dollars in matching funds for the City of Muncie, across 2 Rounds of the "Community Crossings" Grant program offered every year by the State of Indiana.
Round 1 was awarded in April of 2023 and the City of Muncie received $0.00 during that round.
Round 2 was awarded in October of 2023 and the City of Muncie received $0.00 during that round.
In the first video, that originally aired on April 12th, 2023... when Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey announced the Breaking News that the City of Muncie was not getting money from the grant during round 1.
At the time, that PART 1 first aired, there were questions that Bilbrey had to work to get answers to... he was able to get most of those questions answered, and therefore this PART 2 video provides those answers!
