1:44:34Now PlayingIndiana's Secretary of State, Diego Morales, is appealing Marion County Superior Court Judge Patrick J. Dietrick's ruling that the “Affiliation Requirement" of an election law passed in 2021 is unconstitutional.
It only took one day for the "Establishment" Republicans in Indiana to push back against the victory that was handed to the citizenry of Indiana through Judge Dietrick's ruling!
Indiana Attorney General, Todd Rokita, filed the "notice of appeal" on Friday, December 8th, 2023, on behalf of Secretary Morales. And now politicos statewide, including those here at 'The Spotlight' will hold their collective breath as they wait for a court date in front of the Indiana Supreme Court.
