as posted by the channelWell, this short clip here shows it all... recorded from the Delaware County Commissioners Meeting on Monday, November 1st, 2021.
Delaware County Commissioner James King, (President of the Commissioners) says, "Next we have Meadow Forge Solar Project Economic Development Agreement... John you've looked this over?"
County Attorney, John Brooke (who is appointed BY THE COMMISSIONERS... he is not elected) says, "I have, I've worked with Joe and I've worked with Brad Bookout on this... umm we've been negotiating with the developer on this particular contract. Umm, it was a good negotiation... I think it's a fair agreement for both sides!"
At that time, Delaware County Commissioner Shannon Henry says, "I make a motion we approve the agreement!"
And then, Delaware County Commissioner Sherry Riggin says, "second!"
And to wrap it up, Delaware County Commissioner James King says, "We have a motion & a second!"
He then asks for the roll call to be called... and it passes 3 - 0!!!
NO QUESTIONS WERE ASKED... WE DON'T GET TO HEAR IF THE COMMISSIONERS EVEN EVER READ THE DAMN THING!!! ALL OF THIS HAPPENS IN A MATTER OF 35 SECONDS!

And the voters of Delaware County have that possibility of replacing King and Riggin in 2024... but it's going to take citizens being fed up! ARE YOU FED UP YET???
