as posted by the channelThe 2024 Election Season is in full swing in Delaware County, Indiana already and this year's Primary Election (Tuesday, May 7th, 2024) might just be one for the History Books.
Simply put... it's because the people are tired of the constant bullshit. The citizens are over the games and therefore all the stops are being pulled... all the dams are coming down... & information is flooding forward.
This Election is going to come down to 3 things:
INFORMATION... PERCEPTION... & REALITY...
For example, several rumors are swirling around concerning INFORMATION about County Officials led by Commissioner James King... taking trips to "SIN CITY" (Las Vegas)... "IN THE NAME OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT!"
However, the PERCEPTION people have is... that very little "actual work" is getting done and these trips are all just big VACATIONS for King & the Bois!
Which then leads to the REALITY of it all! Which is, whatever is going on... not only with the YEARLY trips to Vegas... but now, also the LOVELY trip to Italy not to long ago... and who knows what or where else... but ALL OF THIS COST BIG DOLLARS!!! And the REALITY is, people are questioning... and rightfully so... if public dollars are funding these trips... and if so, where is the oversight... and what if anything is the County getting out of all of this... other than a hangover!?
This puts Commissioner King in the hot seat to answer some serious questions... and everyone knows how much he loves doing all that! Tune in for the discussion!
