Louis David Galligan, a Winchester, Randolph County, Indiana citizen, was arrested & charged with several serious sexual crimes against minors on January 4th, 2024. His bail was set at $40,000, which he could quickly pay 10% of ($4,000), and at that point, he took off to England... (He holds dual citizenship in both the United States & the United Kingdom).
Since Galligan bailed out of jail in Randolph County, Indiana, he has not appeared back in court and has been on the run!
Just before 6p (ET) on Friday, March 29th, 2024... a source within a Federal Law Enforcement Agency in the United States, as well as a source from within the Randolph County Sheriff's Department, confirmed with The Political Spotlight's Kristopher H. Bilbrey, that... LOUIS DAVID GALLIGAN HAS, IN FACT, BEEN ARRESTED IN ENGLAND, AND HE IS CURRENTLY BEING HELD IN A DETENTION CENTER OF SOME KIND THERE!
As of the recording and publishing of this video, that is ALL that is known, and we'll be working on gathering more information. We hope to have more in the coming days!

- Felony 1: Rape When Compelled by Force or Imminent Threat of Force.
- Felony 3: Rape.
Counts 3 & 4:
- Felony 4: Promotion of Human Sexual Trafficking.
- Felony 4: Promotion of Human Sexual Trafficking.
Count 5:
- Felony 5: Child Exploitation.
Counts 6 & 7:
- Felony 6: Possession of Child Pornography.
- Felony 6: Possession of Child Pornography.
Counts 8, 9, & 10:
- Felony 6: Intimidation by Threat to Commit a Forcible Felony.
- A Misdemeanor: Intimidation.
- A Misdemeanor: Intimidation.
Count 11:
- A Misdemeanor: Making an Unlawful Proposition.
