as posted by the channelHere is a short conversation between Winchester, Indiana Mayor Bob McCoy (who, as of the date of this upload: 04.06.24, is in his late 50's or early 60's) and his 20 year old "friend", Louis David Galligan. They are standing the the front hallway of the Winchester, Indiana City Hall, during regular business hours on August 9th, 2023. Galligan tells Mayor Bob that there were "conversations that we (they) had that probably should not have... AND I DID NOT RELEASE THOSE!"
WHAT CONVERSATIONS!? WHAT IS HE REFERRING TO?
Keep in mind that Galligan was arrested on January 4th, 2024 and he was formally charged with the following:
- Felony 1 : Rape when compelled by force or imminent threat of force.
- Felony 3 : Rape.
- Felony 4 : Promotion of Human Sexual Trafficking.
- Felony 4 : Promotion of Human Sexual Trafficking.
- Felony 5 : Child Exploitation.
- Felony 6 : Possession of Child Pornography.
- Felony 6 : Possession of Child Pornography.
- Felony 6 : Intimidation - Threat is to Commit a Forcible Felony.
- Misdemeanor A : Intimidation.
- Misdemeanor A : Intimidation.
- Misdemeanor A : Making an Unlawful Proposition.
Galligan bonded out of jail. shortly after being booked in and he quickly left for the United Kingdom, however, he has since been arrested over there and he is currently waiting to come back to to the United States, so that he can face justice!
It will be interesting to see what all Galigan has to say when he returns... he might be more in a mood to repeat various conversations of various people upon his return!!! Who knows!?
