Looks Like Someone From the City of Muncie LIED! The Lots at "Stores Estates" WERE NOT SOLD!

On Monday, July 15th, 2024, a Muncie, Indiana citizen asked the city a pretty straightforward question!

The question was about "Store Estates," a location on Muncie's westside. The city has been dumping lots of money into the area for years while telling the citizens that a housing development would be built there and it would be good for the city!

In September 2023, the Mayor and others from his Administration started telling citizens that ALL 34 lots were sold. The claim was that a developer, "D.R. Horton," had come in and bought the entire area, and they would be breaking ground, building the homes, and starting to sell the lots off!

But as of July 2024, NOTHING has happened there. D.R. Horton has not broken ground on even one house, nor has anyone else! That said, the city continues to dump money into the area, and the lots have become an eyesore. Weeds have grown up, trash has collected there, and rodents and other pests have moved in. The area is just not very nice for the many other neighbors in the area!

Neighbors and other citizens have started complaining and trying to get answers, yet the Mayor and his people continue to give the same meaningless responses!

So the question asked to the city on July 15th, 2024, wasn't anything shocking... the question was:

"Have any lots in this neighborhood been sold yet?"

To which some unknown city official wrote back 9 minutes later with the following simple reply:

"All of them, yes!"

That caused one of the Mayor's biggest ass-kissers to respond back to the person asking the question with the following smart-ass response:

"BOOM 💥 Awesome 👏"

However, that is not what all current documents and findings indicated, so there was confusion... but the city of Muncie and the ass kissers would not elaborate any further!

HOWEVER, during a Muncie Redevelopment Commission meeting on Thursday, July 18th, 2024, a citizen would ask the officials ON THE RECORD if D.R. Horton had bought the lots or if the city still owned them... and for the FIRST TIME... THE TRUTH WAS TOLD!

One of the MRC Board members, Shareen Wagley, (also happens to be the Mayor's "gatekeeper," and she believes that she runs the city... meanwhile, in reality, she is the voice of death and is honestly just a miserable person)... well she replied, ON THE RECORD... saying:

"Tomorrow... Tomorrow..." (In that case, tomorrow was Friday, July 19th, 2024), so she implied that D.R. HORTON HAS NOT CLOSED ON THE lot... ALL THIS TIME, SINCE SEPTEMBER OF 2023... IT'S ALL BEEN A LIE!

This short was made to clear the air with the "unknown city of Muncie" employee... which, honestly, could be Shareen! And if so, then it just PROVES what kind of a LIAR SHE/THEY ALL ARE!
