2:46:57Now PlayingThis 272nd episode looks at the legal response from Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey's side in the Federal Civil Rights violation lawsuit against Henry County, Indiana, Sheriff John M. Sproles.
This is the third video covering similar information. The first video (Ep 237) looked at Bilbrey's 'MEMORANDUM OF LAW IN SUPPORT OF PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT,' which was filed by Bilbrey's attorney, Gavin M. Rose.
The second video (Ep 254) was then Sheriff Sproles' legal filing in response to Bilbrey's filing.
This episode looks at Bilbrey's reply to that Sproles filing!
From here, Sproles' team will have 14 days to file a final response, at which point it will be in the judge's hands. The judge will either make a ruling or move the legal action closer to a court date in the Spring of 2025.
This is a fight not only for Bilbrey's First Amendment Rights... and not only everyone else in Henry County and/or Indiana... but all throughout the United States of America. This is a BIG DEAL!
