And finally, Bilbrey reviews the most recent meeting of the Delaware County, Indiana, Commissioners, which took place on Monday morning, April 21, 2025. One of the main topics of the meeting was the Industrial Solar Ordinance for the County. A couple of new amendments were proposed, and those Amendments were voted on initially by the Commissioners. Now, the Amendments will be heard by the Delaware County Planning Commission before returning to the Commissioners for a final vote. If further work is required, the process of going to the Planning Commission would start all over again.
Bilbrey cautions those fighting against Industrial Solar not to give up; the fight must continue!
