YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThis is the BIG 450th episode... but before diving into the politics, Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey provides a "BABY BIRD UPDATE." Hold on tight; it’s a wild ride!
After all that, Bilbrey briefly recaps episode 449, in which he and Host Brandon Rudd shared their thoughts on State Representative JD Prescott's appearance on 93.1 WIBC. Bilbrey then provides additional commentary about Prescott's radio interview.
Next, Bilbrey unveils a new segment: "Other Public Servants Behaving Badly." Bilbrey recounts a crazy story about State Senator Mike Bohacek from Indiana's 8th District getting pulled over on suspicion of Operating While Under the Influence in Michigan City, Indiana. Despite refusing the tests offered, and even though a blood draw showed he had a Blood Alcohol Content of .28 (when the legal limit in the State of Indiana is .08), he was not arrested and has still not been charged. But why? The reason is absolutely insane!
From there, Bilbrey reviews the City of Muncie's Ethics Commission Meeting that concluded a few hours before the live broadcast. Bilbrey guided viewers through the process while having fun with the President of the Commission and his "Uh's & Um's" while speaking. It was an interesting meeting, as it was the first time that complaints could be taken in. Thirteen complaints were filed, but were all declined due to insufficient information for the Commission to proceed with any action.
Bilbrey then moved on to reviewing the City of Muncie's Board of Public Works meeting. It was concise, yet as always, there are lingering questions! This leads Bilbrey down a dark path, discussing how much dealing with these people can wear a person down, which is all by design!
Lastly, Bilbrey briefly discusses the Union School Corporation lawsuit against the State, the Governor, and the Education Director of Indiana. Bilbrey has just received all the filings from this lawsuit, and after he and the team review them thoroughly, they will prepare a show focused solely on examining the lawsuit! This suit could have significant implications for the school corporation and all of Indiana!
