The agenda has been released, and for the third consecutive month, the final resolution listed—now called "Resolution 19-25" (initially numbered 16-25 in September and 17-25 in October)—is what the Ridenour Administration has been attempting to jam through.
Who is sponsoring Resolution 19-25? None other than Muncie City Councilor Dale Basham. But, will anything come of the actions taken by Mayor Ridenour's Executive Assistant, Shareen Wagley, when she sent the resolution to the City Clerk's office to have it added to the October agenda with Councilor Dale Basham's signature, without his prior approval?
Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey has a lot to say about all of that, as well as the rest of the agenda for the November 3, 2025, City Council meeting.
