NFL Star Derek Carr made a tweet that said "Saw that a 7 year old is collecting recyclables so he can pay for college.. has made 10k. Get off your tail and go work hard 4 what you want". Derek Carr has praised and been embracing child labor for a false story that a child at age 7 had recycled enough cans to get 10 thousand dollars for his college tuition money... at the age of SEVEN. Why should a seven year old have to care about what college he's going to? Why should a seven year old have to think about where he's going to college? A SEVEN YEAR OLD should NOT have to wonder how he's going to pay for college. Kids should be able to go to college to get a higher education for free, as an education leads to further tax payments and the further contributions to society and the economy. The fact that Derek Carr tweeted this out, instead of saying "wow, I can't believe that in the United States of America, a seven year old has to recycle cans to save up 10k for his college tuition because nobody will pay for his college tuition, while his friends are out playing at the playground and having fun." That should have been his comment. Children should not be recycling cans all the way to 10 thousand dollars in order to get enough money for college tuition. That is absolutely ridiculous. How heartless and morally bankrupt has this society in the United States of America become?
