Tomi Lahren is the host of her show “Tomi” on The Blaze, but she has been under constant fire after her recent appearance on “The View”. Lahren had equated abortion to “baby murder”, which would indicate that she is “pro-life”, a common conservative position. However, on “The View” she stated as follows: “I am someone that’s for limited government,” she said. “So I can’t sit here and be a hypocrite and say I’m for limited government, but I think the government should decide what women should do with their bodies.” Many Conservatives were extremely angry, saying that Tomi Lahren is not principled and that she flip flops on issues to gain more popularity, money, and fame. Conservatives were very angry because she essentially called them hypocrites for being “pro-life”, while claiming to be for limited government. After these comments, Glenn Beck attacked her on twitter, and then she was promptly given a one-week suspension. Glenn Beck was so angry at Tomi Lahren after her appearance on “The View” where she made comments saying that it was hypocritical to be for limited government, but also be “pro-life” that he himself attacked her on twitter. Conservative millennial firebrand Tomi Lahren has been "banned permanently" from Glenn Beck's The Blaze, according to a report in The New York Post. The reported banning comes after Lahren, 24, was criticized in some conservative circles following a March 17 appearance on ABC’s "The View" in which she revealed that she supports abortion rights. “You know what? I’m for limited government, so stay out of my guns, and you can stay out of my body as well,” Lahren said at the time. Her program, "Tomi," was reportedly suspended for a week beginning on March 20. The Blaze never made any official announcement or provided a reason why the show was pulled for the week. But Beck took to Twitter to question whether Lahren, whom he hired in 2015, is intellectually honest.

On March 20, Lahren tweeted that she has “moderate, conservative, and libertarian views.” “I'm human. I will never apologize, to anyone, for being an independent thinker," she wrote. Beck, a former Fox News host, shot back at Lahren: “Wait, libertarian views? Help me out on Trumpcare, stimulus, and executive orders. Trump is anything but libertarian,” he wrote, while adding the hashtag #intellectualhonesty. Lahren has 4.3 million followers of her Facebook page and more than 680,000 followers on Twitter. Controversial conservative shouter Tomi Lahren will be taking her act elsewhere after The Blaze founder Glenn Beck fired her on Sunday.
