Not only are the Democrats in great position to win the presidency with Kamala Harris, as she has opened up two pathways to victory, but also the Senate may result in a 50-50 tie if either Senator Jon Tester holds his seat in Montana or if Dan Osborn wins his seat in Nebraska and decides to caucus with the Democrats.
In addition, it looks like the "generic ballot polling", which is the best indicator for who will win the house is continuing to surge for the Democrats. Not only has the aggregate lead for Democrats in the fivethirtyeight aggregate gone past 1 consistently and stably for the past week, it's larger than it's ever been except for a few snapshots at where it was 1.0. It's a steady gain that's holding.
Now what we have is that there is a new YouGov/Economist poll that gives Democrats a 4 point margin in the generic ballot polling, which is the largest poll in absolute value for almost a month. It's also an increase from +1 D in their last poll! The Democrats are clearly surging, and there is a legit possibility they can win all three competitions.
