Kamala Harris already had a surge in the state of Texas when a poll had released showing that she had nearly halved a 9 point lead down to 5 points, but now with a new set of Public Policy Polls Polls coming out, what we see is that Kamala Harris has brought it down to a NEW LOW.
Find out how low Kamala Harris has dropped the lead down to in the video, and also we can see that she is surging in both the poll with all candidates and with just the head to head matchup.
Considering Allred is now only down 2 points, even if Kamala can't fully flip the state, it would still be possible that if she tries to win and gets it within a few points in the election victory, Allred may be able to win the state and retain the Senate for the Democrats, scoring a potential trifecta.
The margin of victory from 2016 to 2020 dropped from about 9.2 to about 5.6, nearly halving the margin, indicating a clear pathway against the deficit. In addition, there is data that shows that Texas has added the most people in the nation, with most of them going to the cities. So blue areas are still adding more, meaning those areas Biden Flipped from Hillary likely go even further blue, heping the Democrats' margin. If Kamala can improve on Biden's number among hispanics in the state and bring out young people, it likely could come very close.
