YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

Different cultures from ancient times through medieval Freemasons used 22 divided by 7 to approximate pi. Compare it to the refined value: in the ones position... same. Hundredths position... same. Thousandths position... off by one digit.

Basically one-thousandth off.

For practical work building structures the size of Stonehenge... perfectly acceptable.

If it's not coincidental, meaning is implied.
