Apply geology, geography, oceanography, astronomy and the strongest candidate is the Azores Plateau. It lies along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge where the European, African, and North American tetonic plates meet. It’s the same latitude as Spain, making it consistent with "beyond Pillars of Hercules" description.
It doesn’t match the details perfectly, but it’s the most consistent with Plato's account among all proposed locations.
