YouTube Description
as posted by the channelEvery human being is, according to Randall, a microcosmic representation of the entire cosmos - not as a philosophical position but as a functional reality with practical implications. If that is true, then the path toward integrating intuition, reasoning, and higher perception doesn't begin with abstract theory. It begins with the body. Specifically, it begins with the breath.
What Randall describes from his own study of meditation is not a relaxation technique. The repetition of a mantra and the deliberate control of breathing were never arbitrary starting points. In tantric yoga, the breath is understood as a direct interface between the individual and the cosmos - because the rhythms of breathing, when consciously regulated, can be brought into alignment with the same periodicities that govern cosmic and daily existence alike. Randall’s point is that this was always the underlying logic. The ancients didn't teach breath control because it was calming. They taught it because they understood that a human being who had aligned their internal rhythms with the rhythms of the universe had taken the first and most fundamental step toward becoming what they were always designed to be.
