In response to the latest abortion limitations ruling in Georgia Allyssa Milano tweeted out the following this week:
"Our reproductive rights are being erased.
Until women have legal control over our own bodies we just cannot risk pregnancy.
JOIN ME by not having sex until we get bodily autonomy back.
I’m calling for a #SexStrike. Pass it on."
Perhaps unironically this hashtag went viral and confirmed a long time Red Pill principle – there is a difference between Validational and Transactional sex.
Suggesting that women ought to withhold sex from men to achieve a political or personal end is really nothing new. Anyone who's read Lysistrata in college understands the utility that sex has, but sex as a transaction is reserved for men whom women's hindbrains designates as a Beta male. Validational sex, the kind of sex women call 'enthusiastic consent' is reserved for the Alpha men women want to breed with.
Today we'll be discussing the implications of a "Sex Strike" and how this natural recourse only reinforces the commodification of women and sex, and negates any feigned concern about sexual 'objectification' by women.
In the second half of today's show Pat and I will discuss the reasons why women nag, complain and often berate their partners. Why is it that women become increasingly more comfortable with emotional and verbal abuse of their boyfriends and husbands? What is the latent purpose behind the vicious things women say to the men they 'love'?
