The modern ideal of Male Vulnerability is a paradox for men today. We're expected to "man up" and accept responsibility, be strong and useful to women — and at the same time be emotional, "in touch with our feminine side" and above all VULNERABLE. The mantra of vulnerability is something a lot of Beta/Blue Pill men take to heart from a very early age. Men's competitive, dominance hierarchy based nature tend to make them into 'vulnerability competitors' with each other; each seeking to 'out-emote' the other in an effort to see who can best identify with the feminine and eventually reproduce.
