In the cities of Suez, Alexandria and Arish, organized sit-ins are growing in size and formulating their demands. Meanwhile, former presidential candidates deemed revolutionary by some joined in the demonstrations. On Monday, the former hopefuls spoke to protesters in the iconic Tahrir Square, proposing the formation of a presidential council that would rival the military junta's elections. Political groups, organizations and campaigns endorsed a march of millions scheduled Tuesday afternoon.
