12:21Now PlayingAccompanied by family and supporters, Maryland father and union sheet metal worker Kilmar Abrego Garcia—who was wrongfully deported by the Trump administration to El Salvador in March and only just reunited with his family this past week—reported to the ICE Field Office in downtown Baltimore Monday morning for a mandatory immigration check-in at 8AM ET. Shortly after he entered the federal building, one of Abrego Garcia's attorneys, Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg of Murray Osorio PLLC, walked out to inform the crowd that Abrego Garcia had once again been detained by ICE and separated from his family. Sandoval-Moshenberg says that ICE agents did not tell them where Abrego Garcia would be held, what charges he was being held on, and provided no paperwork. "The only reason that they've chosen to take him into detention is to punish him... for exercising his Constitutional rights," Sandoval-Moshenberg said.
