In George W. Bush's new memoir -- Decision Points -- and in subsequent interviews, the former president admits that he authorized torture techniques such as waterboarding during his time in office. And even though this admission stirred up media outlets, the admission disappeared almost as quickly as it surfaced. But Congressman Jerrold Nadler believes that this admission should spark a wave of prosecutions, and he recently spoke with Bobby Kennedy about what needs to be done now that this information is out in the open.
