These banks have swindled millions of Americans out of their homes, and until recently, had received little more than a slap on the wrist from federal regulators and investigators. But this new settlement isn't the cure-all for mortgage fraud, and Mike Papantonio spoke with attorney Peter Mougey recently about what this settlement actually means for the homeowners who were taken advantage of by our country's biggest banks.
