YouTube Description
as posted by the channelFor decades, front groups for corporate America have been trying to sell us the idea that we need tort reform. It's a catchy phrase, but what it really means is that corporations want to take away the right of American citizens to take a company to court when they make a product that maims, kills, or disfigures consumers. THAT is what tort reform really means. And this effort that was started almost 4 decades ago is still going strong today, and Mike Papantonio recently spoke with Linda Lipsen, the CEO of the American Association for Justice, about the corporate front groups that are pushing tort reform across the country.
