Juliana v. United States is a lawsuit that was filed in 2015 on behalf of 21 youths who are accusing the government of violating their constitutional rights by failing to address climate change and continuing to subsidize fossil fuels. Julia Olson, Executive Director and Chief Legal Council of Our Children’s Trust, joins Ring of Fire’s Sam Seder to discuss the legal basis for this suit.
