Donald Trump doesn’t seem to realize that the cameras are almost always rolling, and when he says something horrible about another person, there’s likely video evidence. This is the case with Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, whom Trump called “nasty” during an interview with British tabloid The Sun, and then he immediately took to Twitter to claim that he never said it. We have the video, and Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains why Trump thinks he can get away with these blatant lies.

Shortly before his trip over to the UK this week, Donald Trump lashed out at what he calls the fake news media because according to Donald Trump, they absolutely made up a story that he called Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex Nasty. Here's what Donald Trump tweeted out about that. He said,
"I never called Meghan Markle nasty made up by the fake news media and they got caught cold. We'll CNN New York Times and others apologize. Doubt it."
Wow. It really seems like those media outlets screwed it up, huh? If only there was some kind of evidence that we could look at to see whether or not Donald Trump actually did it. And in fact, there is evidence and it was tweeted out by the Trump campaign itself. And here it is.
Meghan, who's now the duchess of Sussex. Right? We've given her a different name. She couldn't make it cause she's going maternity leave. Are you starting to see her because she wasn't so nice about you during the campaign? I don't know if you saw that.
I don't. I didn't know that. No, we didn't. No, no. I hope she's okay. Uh, I did not know that.
Yeah. She said she'd moved to Canada. If you've got elected, turned out she moved to Britain.
That'll be good. A lot of people moving here. So what can I say? No, I didn't know that she was nasty.
Okay, so you did say it. There it was. Do you want to watch it again? You know what? Let's watch it again.

All right, so now we've seen it twice. I don't think there's really any question at all. You said, I didn't know she was nasty and yet here in your tweak you said made up by the fake news media and they got caught cold except for the fact that you said it and again, it's not only bad enough that the audio is available for anybody who chooses to hear it, but that your campaign actually tweeted it out, your own campaign proved you wrong and here you are attacking what you call the fake news media for getting the story 100% correct.
