The Coca-Cola Company has agreed to pay $2.45 million to resolve allegations that their Seagram’s Ginger Ale products are falsely labeled with “real ginger” claims. The settlement will benefit individuals who purchased Seagram’s Ginger Ale between April 1, 2013 and June 13, 2019.
