Republican Activists Demand Republican Official Be Removed For Saying Trump Lost In 2020

More than 500 activists in Michigan have been rallying to get a high-ranking Republican Party official with the Michigan GOP removed from their position after they had the audacity to say that Donald Trump lost the 2020 election. These people really would rather live in their alternative reality safe space than confront the truth that the majority of people in this country simply can't stand their extremist views. Recently, outside the Republican party's headquarters in the state of Michigan, a group of about 550 diehard Trump supporters gathered to call for the immediate censoring and expulsion of Michigan GOP executive director, Jason Roe. Said, Jason Roe is a traitor and you have to punish him, then you have to kick him out. Like you're not just kicking him out. You're going to punish him before you kick him out. Then you're getting rid of him because Jason Roe is a trader to the Republican party. Strong words, right? So what did Jason Roe do that's so bad that his fellow Republicans are out there saying you got to go? I mean, it must be something pretty awful, right? Well, in the eyes of the MAGA crowd, it is because all Jason Roe did was say that yeah, Donald Trump did lose the 2020 election. And no, it was not stolen from him.

That is Jason Roe's big crime, by accepting reality, admitting that what we can all see and verify for our own selves is actually true. There is literally at this point, no room for reality in the Republican party today. And if you're watching this and you call yourself a Republican, you're registered Republican, you vote Republican. I want you to think about this story. I want you to think about Liz Cheney, even though God, I can't stand her. She's a horrible, horrible human being. But these are people that are being ostracized by their parties, that have literal angry mobs showing up at their offices because all these individuals did was say, okay, reality is real. We admit that. We accept it. And there's no place for reality in today's Republican party. You can't even say that it's just limited to the MAGA crowd.

The entire Republican party at this point would rather live in this demented new reality they've created then except what the rest of us live in. This is a shared delusion that is infecting more and more of the Republican party. And I don't know if you can save that. I don't know if they can come back from this. I don't know that we want to save them, honestly, I don't. But I would think there would be enough Republicans with good sense and we've seen a few, like, I guess Jason Roe and Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger. But why aren't there more Republicans out there saying, hold up, are we really making it a policy platform that we just reject reality? Is that really the party we want to be? Is that how we think we're going to attract new young voters to our party? Like, come join the GOP. We live in our own world. I don't know, man, but I kind of feel like Republicans need to look at this and realize, hey, we look crazy. Maybe we should change course.
