According to Twitter, this is her fourth strike and if she gets just one more she will be banned from the platform. As COVID cases continue to surge, Twitter is being fairly irresponsible by not booting her off of the platform for good at this point. She'll break the rules again, just like she always does. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

Republican representative Marjorie Taylor Greene has gone and gotten herself suspended from Twitter once again, this time for seven days for lying about the COVID vaccines. Here is the tweet that got her in trouble. The FDA should not approve the COVID vaccines. There are too many reports of infection and spread of COVID-19 among vaccinated people. These vaccines are failing and do not reduce the spread of the virus and neither do masks. Vaccine mandates and passports violate individual freedoms. And folks, every single thing she said just there was, was false. All a bunch of lies, which is exactly what Marjorie Taylor Greene always does in pretty much any situation she's in. Vaccines do help slow the spread and at the very least what they're doing right now is preventing serious infections. They're preventing people from dying. You may still get sick if you have the vaccine and get COVID, that's a given.
But you're far less likely to die from the disease. Far less likely to have to take up a much needed hospital bed if you get that vaccine. So Twitter, sick of her misinformation and her lies, decides that you're going to get a seven day timeout from our platform. And they warned that if you do it again, we might ban you permanently because apparently Twitter has a five strike and you're out policy with regard to COVID misinformation. And this, the outlet explained, was her fourth strike, fourth strike. So she'll be back in seven days and she'll do the same thing. Why wait for that fifth strike? Five chances to not screw up. I mean, sure. That's exceptionally generous Twitter, but we have seen people kicked off that platform permanently for far less than what Marjorie Taylor Greene has done. And I don't understand it at all. You know she's going to do this again because she did it after the first strike and the second and third, she continues to do this because this is who she is. Right. A zebra cannot change its stripes.
Neither can Marjorie Taylor Greene stop lying about things that are of utmost importance to the American public. We're in the middle of a deadly pandemic and you want to give this crazy person a fifth opportunity to do the right thing. This is utter nonsense on the part of Twitter. Ban her, ban her fast and ban her permanently. Because even when she's not spewing lies about COVID or lies about the vaccines or the treatments she's out there spreading hatred and vitriol that we have also talked about on this program. This woman is an absolute menace to the United States, a cancer on the United States House of Representatives. And no, I don't think it would lead to a slippery slope. I'm not worried about them banning other people spreading lies either. Marjorie Taylor Greene needs to go. She continues to violate the rules that Twitter has laid out very clearly to her and she has said, nope, I am above this. You're a private company. You can do what you want. And I am begging you get rid of Marjorie Taylor Greene for good.
