Anti Maskers Are Terrorizing School Boards Across The Country

Across the country, anti-maskers have been attending school board meetings in order to terrorize members, causing resignations and sending threats to the members who are just trying to keep children safe. One Republican candidate in Pennsylvania has gone as far as to call for "20 strong men" to help him remove the entire school board from power. This violence and anger has got to stop before it escalates any further, as Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains.

Across the country school board meetings are descending into chaos thanks to anti- mask crazy people. And I'm not going to dance around with those words. These people that we're seeing in these viral videos, these people are nuts. They're throwing these massive temper tantrums, screaming, shouting, getting red faced, claiming they've been magnetized at school board meetings just because they don't want children to have to wear masks at school. Well, there's another one. This week, man by the name of Steve Lynch from Pennsylvania who happens to be running for the North Hampton county executive. Well, here's what he said in a recent rally. Men, I need you in the coming weeks because when we walk into these school boards, we're going to have everything we need to do to go in there with those nine and o school boards that voted to put masks back on the children with no scientific, it's done, giving them the research and the data. Do you understand that? Forget going into these school boards with frigging data, you go into school boards to remove them. That's what you do.

They don't follow the law. You go in and you remove them. I'm going in with 20 strong men. I'm going to speak in front of the school board and I'm going to give them an option. They can leave or they can be removed and after that, we're going to replace them with nine parents and we're going to vote down the mask mandates that evening, that evening. This is how you get stuff done. Forget writing your legislators, forget it. They're not listening. You got to do something. It's us. It's we the people. So I don't know about you, but I'm, I'm reading that as Mr. Lynch is threatening violence against the school board, against government officials. Uh, kind of sounds like the thing that maybe the police ought to get involved in. You can't just threaten to go in and physically remove individuals. Like, what the hell is wrong with this country today? And if this were the only instance of it, if this was, you know, a one-off thing, it wouldn't be that big of a deal. Okay. One crazy person. Sure. But it's happening all over the country.

You know, we, we did a segment a week or so ago on that video, the guy with the dreadlocks, like screaming and crying. And we've seen other viral videos from all over the country. The same thing is happening in school boards in near every single state. It doesn't matter. Red states, blue states, these anti maskers are trying to take over school boards. We have seen multiple school boards down here in the South have most of their members resign because they can't put up with this anymore. They're getting death threats all because they want to protect children. That's, that, that's the heart of this and that's why it's so crazy. It's not because they said all children have to stand on one leg for two hours a day and if they fall down, we beat them with sharp sticks. That's not what they're doing. They're saying, hey, um, when the kids are all in school together and we've got this Delta variant out there, can we just, could you just cover the face? The, you know, the face holes. Because the kids are fine, right? We're not seeing children die from lack of oxygen from having to wear a face mask. That's not a thing that happens.
