Florida's New Surgeon General Appeared At Event With ‘Demon Semen’ Doctor And Future Capitol Rioter

Dr. Joseph Ladapo, the new Surgeon General of Florida picked by Republican governor Ron DeSantis, appeared at a rally in the summer of 2020 alongside the doctor who proclaimed that part of women's gynecological problems are caused by "demon sperm" entering their bodies. The rally also featured a doctor that was later arrested at the Capitol Riot. This is the man now in charge of health policy in Florida, and his acquaintances aren't even the most troubling part of his story. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

This week, Republican Florida governor Ron DeSantis announced that there was a new health sheriff in town for the state of Florida, as he hired a new surgeon general, man by the name of Dr. Joseph Ladapo and Ladapo actually has some pretty good credentials, Harvard medical school, UCLA, University of Florida. The guy checks all the right boxes and he checks even more boxes that we should be desperately concerned about, including the fact that he is against mask mandates. He is against vaccine mandates. Oh, and remember that little summit last summer, where you had the kind of crazy doctor come out and say that, you know, hydroxychloroquine was a cure for COVID, even though it is not. And then it was revealed that this is the same doctor who believes that women have gynecological issues because demons implant them with their demon semen. Yeah. Remember that one? We did a video on it at the time, but, uh, he was there. This new Florida surgeon general was there at that conference where all of the, or rally, I guess I should call it, where all of the crazy talk came out.

He was a part of it. Not to mention the fact that one of the doctors who was there was later arrested at the Capitol on January 6th for breaking into the Capitol with the other rioters and then giving a speech in the Capitol rotunda. So the dude hangs out with quacks, hangs out with somebody arrested at the Capitol riot, who he declares is a, a great supporter and this is the new surgeon general of Florida. This is the person in charge of our health decisions down here in Florida. Things are already bad enough down here as we're still seeing massive spikes in COVID cases. And now we've got this guy, Ladapo, that doesn't believe in masks. Has actually, is actually on record as suggesting that cloth masks don't do anything to stop the spread of COVID, you know, trying to cast doubt on the efficacy of masks. And this is like, we're, we're fricking screwed. Like we're so screwed. I don't even know what else to say, folks. I'm just, I'm still dumbfounded. The more I read about Ladapo here and his past connections, the more terrified I become because I live here. Okay. My family lives here.

My entire family lives here in Florida. We are subjected to the whims of these mad men, Ron DeSantis, Ladapo, all of the other ones calling the shots here, not letting us protect everyone in our communities. And now he's got a surgeon general, Ron DeSantis does, who's going to go along with him every step of the way. Who's going to show at these press conferences standing right next to him saying we don't need mask mandates. The parents can make the best decisions. Oh, by the way, Ladapo actually believes that herd immunity is best reached by just letting people get COVID instead of having them get vaccines. So he may not be anti-vax, but he's about on the edge of being anti-vax as you can possibly be without falling into that idiotic rabbit hole. At times like this folks, I just want to tell the rest of you, like, go on without us. Forget about Florida. We're a lost cause down here. We're going to keep fighting, but we know it's a losing battle. Please remember us as you move forward because really, uh, we're pretty screwed.
