According to new reports, a new report that has been corroborated by an interview with the prosecutor in question, Rudy Giuliani reached out to the prosecutor in Antrim County, Michigan, and asked him if he could round up the voting machines from the county and send them on over to Donald Trump and his legal team, which of course included Giuliani himself. The prosecutor, a man by the name of James Rossiter, who happens to be a Republican and he admits in this interview, I'm a Republican. But fair is fair. Whoever wins, wins, whoever loses, loses. But he laid out specifically how Giuliani asked him to do this. Gather up the voting machines, because this is a Republican county that somehow president Biden won by 3000 votes. That's not right, they said. But a hand recount actually confirmed that, yes, Biden won that Republican county and prosecutor, as I said said, no, I, I cannot give you these voting machines.

That, that's not even something a prosecutor can do. Why are you even asking me this? And again, this guy's a Republican, runs as a Republican, votes as a Republican, but refused to go along with this Republican plan to confiscate the county's voting machines, just because they're mad that Biden flipped a red county to blue. So here it is. I know right now the big scandal dejure is Donald Trump and his boxes of documents down at Mar-a-Lago. But we still have this one that just bubbled up, what two weeks ago about the plans to confiscate the voting machines. Like we're still fighting out more about this scandal while we're still involved, I guess, in this other scandal uncovering the truth here. My God. How much more do we not know? How deep were the efforts of this administration to break the law as many times as possible in as many ways as possible?

Because yes, legal experts are already out there saying what Giuliani did here, this request in and of itself is illegal. Now I haven't seen them basically cite a specific law that this breaks. It certainly seems illegal. But I would need to see like what law is he breaking, asking if they can get the voting machines. But threatening to use the military of course, to get the voting machines or using Homeland Security or the FBI, yeah, that definitely seems like, you know, you're trying to overthrow the results of an, of an election. So yes, I would think that would be illegal. Same thing with this request to this prosecutor. They also asked Republicans in the state house, if they could seize the voting machines and then they asked Republicans if they could ask the local police if they could seize the voting machines in Michigan. I, I, I I'm afraid of what else we're going to find out at this point.

Because with all of these scandals continuing to go with Donald Trump, whether it's the investigation in New York, you know, the stealing the voting machines, the stealing the documents, all of it is still being fleshed out in the public by the media right now. But where it needs to be being fleshed out, as I always say, is with the US Department of Justice, via special prosecutors. That's what needs to happen at this point. The select committee cannot do anything about this. All they can do is recommend, you know, a criminal charge or even a criminal investigation once they conclude their report and the Justice Department could either say yes or no to that, and then go from there. But it's, it's, it's beyond time.
