According to new reports, Republican leaders across the country are so concerned about Trump's meddling with the midterms that they are holding secret, closed-door meetings to figure out how to deal with him. It is not a secret that Trump wants to play the role of kingmaker in elections, but his penchant for choosing candidates who represent the worst of the worst of what the Republican Party is becoming is starting to hurt the GOP's chances of winning in the midterms. According to a new report from the Washington Post, Republican leaders from across the country have been holding closed door meetings to figure out just what the hell do we do about Donald Trump? You see Republican leaders, the people that really are movers and shakers in the party, they don't want Donald Trump to be involved in any way in the midterms. And as we discussed in a video that went up on Patreon yesterday, one of the early access videos, they understand that Donald Trump is making people fight for his endorsements and basically injecting his name in there. I'm not gonna go into everything I went into in that video, but there's other reasons too and that's what these groups are meeting about behind closed doors. They're concerned because Donald Trump's big talking point of course, is that the 2020 election was stolen, even though it clearly was not.

And they understand that even though Republicans, most of them actually believe that now. So those talking points have worked. They understand the rest of the public doesn't. The rest of the public doesn't believe the election was stolen. The rest of the public wants to move on. And the more that Donald Trump focuses on this, the more he looks like a whiny loser. And that's a big problem. Nobody wants to go out there and actively vote for the party that's a bunch of sore losers, that are just whining and crying constantly because they didn't get their way. It makes them look pathetic and that's what these Republicans are saying to each other behind closed doors. And they spoke to the Washington Post of course, on the condition of anonymity, because they don't want Trump to know who they are. They don't want to get involved in that fight, but they're super serious about being concerned about what he's doing to the party.

Now here's my problem with all of this. I mean, everything they're saying, by the way, is a hundred percent correct. But if you're gonna say it, say it. Don't be a coward. Come out and say it to his face. Present a united front. That's what these Republican never seem to understand, right? We have seen story after story about this for the last year, Republicans wanting Trump to go away. But, oh, we're talking anonymously because we don't want him to know who we are. If every one of you were to come out right now and say, listen, Trump ain't the Republican party. To hell with that guy. He's a sore loser. We can do better. Let's move the hell on. And if you had the numbers, if you had a hundred people out there making these statements, you actually might be able to pull it off. Oh sure, he could attack you. But what's he gonna do? He doesn't have social media anymore. So it's not like he's gonna get on Twitter and call you a RINO. He's gonna release a statement and pray that somebody reads it. And all you have to do in that case is not acknowledge it. The media doesn't have to report on it.

I mean, I don't think people fully grasp how easy it would be to make Donald Trump go away, to make him totally irrelevant. All it takes is the will to act. They just won't do it because Donald Trump is the best thing that has ever happened for ratings for conservative media, for liberal media, for independent media. And that's the God's honest truth. And, and I can tell you that from personal experience.
