Republican Senator Ted Cruz is so desperate for both attention and affection that he decided to tag along with the DC trucker convoy on Thursday, and even got to ride in a big boy truck for a little while. This publicity stunt by Cruz didn't serve a real purpose, other than to show America that he is absolutely willing to degrade himself in the worst ways imaginable in order to be liked. Republican Senator Ted Cruz has always been desperate to be loved, to be accepted, to be admired. And this week he sunk to what we really should consider a new low in his desperation to have people like him and support him. On Thursday, Ted Cruz decided to join that people's convoy, you know, all those truckers that have been driving around the beltway in DC for four straight days now, not really knowing exactly what they're protesting, but knowing that gosh darn it, we're mad about something and oh, somebody's gonna pay. Now as I discussed yesterday, before we get more into Ted Cruz, the truckers have had no impact whatsoever on traffic. In fact, they're the ones that have succumbed to actual regular traffic around that DC beltway, because they're so incredibly incompetent and they also, again, based on interviews people have had with them, have no idea what they're even protesting. But nevertheless, it's gained headlines.

Although not that many and Ted Cruz thought, you know what, I'm gonna go join these idiots and I'm gonna sit in the front seat of a big boy truck and wave to people like I'm a, you know, homecoming queen. That, that, that's what happened folks. That's what Ted Cruz really thought of himself as of at that time. He thought of himself as this kind of royalty, you know, oh my God, I'm in a big truck. I'm driving around, there's people were waving, we're honking. We're doing all these fun things. They really love me, Ted Cruz thought. They don't. Sorry, Ted. Very few people actually do. See rather than going on and on about the truckers again, I think it's more important to focus on what a weak individual and a desperate individual Ted Cruz really is because that's what was on full display, your desperation for the public to just clamor for more Ted Cruz and buddy, I gotta tell you, it ain't gonna happen. You had your chance. You had your shot at the big leagues. You got dethroned by Donald Trump. I have no doubt in my mind, by the way, that had Donald Trump not run in 2016, Ted Cruz would've been the nominee. Like a hundred percent would have happened.

But because he came so close and failed so hard and then immediately fell in line with Donald Trump, that man has likely sunk any future political ambitions he may have. He's clearly not seen as one of the most loyal Trumpists out there who has presidential aspirations. So automatically he's not at the top of the pack. If you look at the presidential polling, it's actually quite pathetic for Ted Cruz and that's why he has to go out and pull these pathetic little stunts with this convoy that, again, has no idea what they're even mad about. And of course, Ted Cruz took to Twitter to not only brag about getting to ride in a big boy truck, but also to say that government tyrants shouldn't have a say in people's private medical decisions. Yeah, the Republican Senator from Texas doesn't think the governor or government, excuse me, should be involved in people's private medical decisions. Hmm. I think we all understand why that's a little bit hypocritical coming from the Republican Senator from the state of Texas, who again, is so desperate to be loved. There are no lengths to which he will not go. There's no humiliation he is not willing to suffer to get you to like and accept him.
