YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe fake Trump electors in the state of Wisconsin who signed official documents declaring that THEY were the rightful electors are now being sued by the REAL electors that they attempted to have removed. The case is a civil suit, so no criminal charges will result from it, but there is still an ongoing DOJ investigation into the scandal that could also land some of these people in jail. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what's happening.

The fake Trump electors from the state of Wisconsin, who, by the way, are in fact, under a department of justice investigation, they signed certified documents saying, no, we are the real electors from the state of Wisconsin, and we're gonna be heading to DC on January 6th. This of course was one of the coup plans that the Trump administration, uh, had been working on, or at least Trump's allies had been working on. Well, now those same electors who are facing again, the federal investigation are now facing a civil lawsuit, brought by the real electors from the state of Wisconsin, the Biden electors, two of them, and one other individual that was not an elector, but says that, you know, they suffered damage as a result of this, uh, have filed a lawsuit that is being brought by several different organizations in the state of Wisconsin to hold these individuals liable for what they did basically suing each one of them for $200,000.
Total amount, I think is about two and a half million spread against again, evenly against them all $200,000 a piece. So do they have a case obviously because the DOJ is investing investigating this, excuse me, uh, we can't say right now. Yes or no, that these individuals did in fact break the law. That would be slanderous. So we're, we're not gonna say that because we don't have the results of this investigation. And we do not have any actual convictions to say that these people did break the law. Um, anything beyond that for the record, legally speaking can get us in, in a lot of trouble. So we can't say that. However, in order to file a civil suit, you have to be able to show that you, in fact, suffered a damage. You either suffered a personal injury, you suffered a financial injury, you suffered an emotional injury. Any of those things directly inflicted upon you by the individual that you were in fact suing. Did that happen in this case?
I don't think so. And I hate to say that, you know, I feel like a lot of times when these groups that are well intentioned lawsuits, that by the way, I do support, but I'm always having to sit here and say like, yeah, but you don't have a case and I'm sorry, but in this particular instance, it's another one of those. I don't think you have a case. I support your lawsuit. I want you to win. I hope you win. I personally, if I was on the jury, I would rule in your favor, but I'm not on the jury. And I've already given my bias here. So I would be excluded from that in the future. Anyway, but you don't have an injury. You didn't actually suffer as a result of these people doing this thing because you didn't know it had happened. And that's the key
Schemes were not revealed publicly until just a couple months ago. So you can't say that something that didn't affect you, you still got to do your, you know, whole elector thing. You didn't know this other scheme was taking place. As far as I know, maybe I'm wrong about that from what I've seen here, I'm not, but you didn't know the thing was happening. You didn't know till long after the fact. I don't think there's a case here. I would love for there to be a case I would love for it to be successful. But based on what I know, I'm not seeing it here, unfortunately.
