YouTube Description
as posted by the channelDonald Trump is apparently so angry that Kellyanne Conway claimed she told him he definitely lost the 2020 election that he lashed out at her on Truth Social this week, telling her to go back to "her crazy husband." This, of course, is knock against her now that she has confirmed that her marriage is on rocky ground due to her involvement with Trump. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins breaks down this drama that is more fitting for The Jerry Springer Show than for American politics.

Donald Trump suffered yet another major loss in court this week, along with Don junior and Ivanka Trump. When a four judge panel on an appeals court said that, yes, you have to abide by a February 17th lower court ruling that says you have to go testify under oath in front of New York, attorney Latisha, James New York, attorney general, Latia James, as part of the ongoing civil investigation into the Trump organization. So Trump, Trump Jr. Ivanka, you all have to testify and you have to do it under oath, which means if you lie, they can hit you with perjury. But here's the thing Donald Trump had gone in actually had his lawyers go in just to be clear. Uh, and they argued, Hey, listen, my clients can't testify in front of the civil investigators because we got this criminal investigation going on over here and they're just gonna use the information to prosecute 'em okay.
Okay. Okay. It's a lot to unpack, right? Because if you're worried that having your clients talk to one group of people is gonna lead them to have criminal charges leveled against them over here. Then are you not admitting that your clients have probably engaged in some kind of criminal behavior? Um, not a smart argument. And of course, as the judge has found also not a winning argument, cuz Trump's lawyers had argued this violates their constitutional rights because it could be used against them over here, which again, kind of a green light that yeah, they committed some crimes, but the judges told them like, that's not how it works, buddy. The existence of a criminal investigation does not change the facts of the civil investigation. Plus you idiot the judge, didn't say that buddy should have plus they complete the fifth. Like, you know, that's a thing they can do.
Right? I think it's amazing that this four judge appellate panel had to give Trump's lawyers a lesson in constitutional law. Like you, you know, they can plead the fifth in the civil, right? Like they, they absolutely can do this. And if they can't do it over here or they choose not to, they can still do it. And the criminal investigation, nobody's trying to trap anybody here. We're just trying to get some answers to probes that have been going on for years now. And your clients continue to try to hold things up. And as everybody is always said, and of course I think at this point is it is exceptionally obvious. They wouldn't be hiding if they didn't have something worth hiding. If these people did absolutely nothing wrong, they would go sit down in front of Latitia, James
Talk, as long as she wanted them to talk and then get the hell out of there and move on. You know, these are the ones say like, oh, they're just trying to tie us up. Oh, they're dragging this thing out. You're dragging this thing out. If you truly did nothing wrong, you could put an into it by the end of next week, by going up to New York, sitting down with her, actually turning over the documents that you swear, you can't find anywhere and setting the whole record straight. That's all you'd have to do. If, if you weren't trying to hide something. And based on your lawyer's own argument in court this week kind of seems even more obvious now that you have something pretty major to hide.
