YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe Department of Justice has decided that they will NOT be charging Mark Meadows with contempt, meaning that the former Trump aide is effectively above the law, at least in this instance. They also said that they won't be prosecuting Dan Scavino, another Trump associate who was referred for indictment. This is an absolutely cowardly move by the DOJ, and it lessens the chances that they will take action on REAL issues when the time comes. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

While everybody was celebrating the fact that former Trump trade advisor, Peter Navarro was actually arrested last Friday, the DOJ very quietly, uh, internally, according to sources that have spoken to the press on the condition of anonymity, the DOJ also decided that while they're arresting Navarro, they're just gonna not do anything about the contempt charges against Mark Meadows. And also former Trump aid, Dan Cino. That's right. According to sources within the DOJ, they will not under any circumstances be taking action on those criminal referrals that they have been sitting on for months effectively making dance Covino. But more importantly, Mark Meadows above the law, you defined a subpoena. We have the criminal referral sitting on our desk since mid-December. And we finally decided here in June, you know what, screw it, let him get away with it. We don't wanna have to go through the hassle of arresting him and all of that, you know, oh my God, could you imagine the paperwork?
These people would have to fill out? So they won't. So Mark Meadows wins Danino wins. And of course the January 6th committee loses the American public loses democracy itself loses all because Merick Garland is a coward because that's what this comes down to folks. I know that they've made some headway and some other investigations, right? The fake elector schemes. They're really picking up steam on that. And that's a good thing, but you gotta do it all. You, you can't just halfass the job, but that is what merit Garland and our current department of justice is doing. It's time for Biden to wake up and realize that he made a massive mistake. Putting this idiot in charge of the United States department of justice, get him out of there and replace him with somebody who maybe has a little bit of a backbone. Maybe somebody who understands that, wait a minute, this person broke the law. I think we should do something about that.
It's not up, or it shouldn't be up to merit, Garland and his associates at the DOJ to determine what is illegal and what is not because we already know what is illegal and what is not. The laws are very clearly written. Eh, some are ambiguous, but you know, the laws are written. All they have to do is look at the law, look at the criminal referral and say, huh, okay. Not complying with a congressional subpoena is in fact something you can be arrested for. Let's go do that. And you know how we know that they know it's illegal because they already did it to Steve Bannon. They had no problem going after him. Oh, hell yeah. We waited two, three weeks on that. And then we got him Mark Meadows. Eh, not that big of a deal, right? He's only the guy that
Everybody was communicating with before, during, and after the January 6th capital riot, he is the central figure in those investigations and the DOJ won't even pull the trigger to arrest this man and force him to comply. There is no justice folks. There is absolutely no justice here in the United States.
