Judge Humiliates Mark Meadows And ORDERS Him To Testify In Georgia

A judge in South Carolina this week struck down yet another one of Mark Meadows' excuses for not testifying in front of a Georgia special grand jury, and ORDERED him to testify for as long and as frequently as he is needed. Donald Trump's former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, suffered a massive legal defeat this week when a South Carolina judge ordered him to get his down to Georgia and go testify in front of that special grand jury. And when I say ordered, I mean literally ordered him to go down to Georgia and testify twice in this decision handed down by the South Carolina judge. He said it is hereby or dared, and in fact, that's actually how he ended his ruling. Let me read it for you because I love this so much. This court concludes as a matter of law that the above named witness is a necessary and material witness in a special grand jury investigation, and that the state has made a proper request for the attendance of the witness. Therefore, it is ordered in all caps that the summoned witness, Mark Randall Meadows, proceed to the Superior Court of Fulton County, Fulton County Courthouse.

He shall remain available to testify until the witness's attendance is no longer required. It is so ordered once again in all caps. It's kinda like reading a Trump tweet at that point, but it is so ordered. Mark Randall Meadows, get your butt on down to Georgia, but not only get your butt down to Georgia, but you're gonna sit there, you're gonna talk to these people until they tell you, we don't need you anymore. Could be ours, could be days, who knows. But it is ordered by this court that you go there and you don't leave until they say, Thank you, Mr. Meadows. You may now go no matter how long it takes, if it takes days, it takes days. If it takes weeks, it takes weeks. If they wanna call you back after you've already left, you gotta go back. That is what that judge is telling.

Mark Meadows Meadows, of course, was supposed to go and sit for a, uh, conversation. Uh, I believe it was September of this, uh, two months ago, whatever. Uh, he didn't go, He appealed it. Meadows, of course, was on the call with Donald Trump when he called Raffin Burger, uh, telling him, Go find the votes. So Meadows was there every step of the way. Mark Meadows came down to Georgia in early December of 2020 to, uh, conduct an audit of the votes, which you're not qualified to do that like you, that's not something the president's chief of staff is able to do. But, but he did it. And so of course, the Fulton County DA is like, You know what? I think we probably need to talk to this guy. He was literally on the phone when Donald Trump did the thing that sparked the investigation.

He came down here and decided to, I guess, just start picking up ballots and auditing them like, Yeah, this, this looks good. Uh, uh, nope, not this, I don't know what it means, but Meadows came down to conduct and audit himself. Meadows the guy, by the way, that has also been accused of committing voter fraud in the 2020 election. So, yikes, probably not the guy you want looking over your ballots, but Meadows is out of excuses now. He may try to appeal this decision immediately after it. His lawyers had said, We're gonna appeal it, and then a couple hours later they're like, Well, we may not be able to do that. We don't know yet. So they don't know what's gonna happen. But I think we all do. Mark Meadows is going to have to go and testify. He can fight it all he wants, He can appeal it all he wants if he's even allowed to. But when it's all said and done, he's going to go testify. If a guy like Lindsay Graham can't get the Supreme Court to prevent him from testifying, then Mark Meadow stands no chance of not having to go and testify.
