According to a new report, Donald Trump is angry that not a single high-profile Republican from Georgia has reached out to him for help in Herschel Walker's Senate runoff, and that invite likely isn't going to arrive any time soon. Trump's presence cost Republicans in the last Georgia runoffs, and they understand a repeat is very plausible this year. But there is one thing the report says that could send Trump to Georgia, and Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what that is.

Donald Trump is apparently a little bit sensitive these days about Republicans not wanting him around, and he's getting more and more perturbed according to a report from Rolling Stone, that Republicans in Georgia do not want him coming to the state to do a rally before the December 6th Senate runoff. Now, Donald Trump is the guy, of course, who endorsed Herschel Walker, basically gave us Herschel Walker, the politician, and now he's a little confused like Republicans, why do you not want me to come to your state to help out this guy? Well, the answer to that, of course, is very obvious to anybody who's been paying attention to politics since January 4th, 2021. And that is the simple fact that Donald Trump 100% cost Republicans the last Senate runoffs in Georgia. That of course happened because Donald Trump was busy spreading his big lie telling people, you can't trust the voting, you can't trust the mail in voting.

So Republicans in Georgia said, well, if we can't trust it, I'm not gonna vote. And it costs Republicans big time, and you also cannot underscore, uh, you know, the amount of effort that, of course, Stacy Abrams put in to getting people out to vote. So that of course, helped Democrats as well. But right now, Republicans understand this is a neck and neck race. They cannot afford any missteps. And having Trump go to Georgia would be a pretty massive misstep. He's not wanted, he's not needed. But Trump says there is one thing that would absolutely make him ignore those warnings and go to Georgia, and that is of course, if Florida Governor Ron DeSantis gets to go to Georgia, then Trump has told people close to him that he is 100% gonna be right behind him, and he's gonna do a rally. So Donald Trump is willing to stay out of the Georgia race unless Ron DeSantis goes to Georgia, and then Trump says, well, I gotta show him up.

I, I've gotta be better than him. I've gotta show that I've still got it more than he's got it. So yeah, this whole thing could be absolute chaos in the coming weeks here. I know we don't have a ton of time left, but it could get absolutely hilarious. But this really shows us just how insecure Donald Trump is, not just as a candidate, but as a person. Like he's willing to accept the fact that Republicans don't want him there. He's mad about it, but he accepts it and he is not gonna go. But if his biggest political rival Ron DeSantis shows up in Georgia, Donald Trump is on the next flight to Atlanta folks because he can't have somebody else coming in and attempting to steal his thunder. He can't have a guy like Ron DeSantis go out there, do something great, and then get all the credit. That's what Trump is really afraid of. Trump knows how bad he did in the midterms. I know he tries to tell

Us us. He thinks he did great. He knows he screwed up. Ron DeSantis did phenomenal in the midterms. So if DeSantis goes to Georgia, pushes Walker over the edge, DeSantis gets another feather in his cap that is gonna lead more Republicans to think that DeSantis is the future and Trump is the distant past. So there's a lot at play here. Donald Trump, he's got his feelings hurt, but they're gonna be even more hurt, and the anger is going to boil over even more if Ron DeSantis goes to Georgia.
