Trump Adviser Claims Biden STOLE Classified Documents To Blackmail Merrick Garland

Trump adviser Kash Patel has developed a new "theory" about the classified documents found at one of President Biden's former office spaces. According to Patel, it could be possible that Biden actually stole the documents while he was vice president in order to blackmail the DOJ - and Merrick Garland, who was NOT Attorney General at that point - into stopping the investigation into Hunter Biden, which wasn't a thing at the time, either. Yesterday it was announced that even more classified documents were found in yet another, uh, Biden office. So again, I don't think there's any, you know, criminal wrongdoing here. But man, the optics of this are getting real bad for the Biden administration. And here's why. Because with these documents, what has happened is that the right wing freaks out there have been emboldened. They feel like, Hey, now that we see that this is happening, we can go out there and spread all these loony tuned conspiracy theories, and we know our audience is gonna eat it up. One of the people that did that just yesterday was Trump advisor, Kosh Patel. Mr. Patel appeared on Real America's voice where he launched a new conspiracy theory that Biden somehow took the documents while he was vice president to blackmail Merrick Garland, the Attorney General today. I know it doesn't make much sense, but let me read what Mr.

Patel said, and, and maybe it'll make more sense after I read it. I don't think he is going to be on his way out. I agree with you on that. We're being told, they talk about Ukraine and China as the guy who was the chief of staff at the Department of Defense. I know that's some of the most sensitive, compartmentalized, top secret information on Earth. What was he holding? And more specifically, was he holding documents so that his son would not be investigated or prosecuted? Was he holding documents to gain leverage on those i e Merrick Garland in the fbi, who would investigate his son so he could come back later as commander of chief and say, no, no, no, I've got the dirt. You can't prosecute my son. You know, like many conspiracy theories pushed by idiots on the right. As soon as you start just kind of poking around at this, it immediately falls apart because in order for Mr.

Patel's, well, he's not pushing it, he's just asking questions. Right. Because that's what they do to avoid, you know, defaming, anybody. We're not accusing you of this. We're just asking questions. But in order for Mr. Patel's little theory to be true, president Biden would literally have to be psychic. Like he would have to be able to actually see the future in order for any of this conspiracy to be true. Let me explain it. These documents are from when Biden was vice president of the United States. So 2016, and before Biden at that point, didn't express any intention of running for president in the future. Right? In 2016, while Biden was still vice president, Hillary Clinton was running for President. Biden didn't even try. We assumed he was on his way out, and so did he. So how could he have taken documents knowing that eventually he would be president when he had no intention of being president

At that time? Furthermore, Merrick Garland, why would he specifically pick dirt on Merrick Garland, who at the time was just a federal judge, right? The Republicans had stonewalled his appointment to the US Supreme Court. So he was just a dude back there on the federal bench. He was an attorney general, and Biden had no way of knowing that he would be Attorney General under a Biden administration, that nobody had any plans to make happen to begin with. So again, in order for Biden to have done what Patel is just asking questions about, he would literally have to be clairvoyant to know that not only would he eventually win the presidency four years later, but also that he would appoint Merrick Garland to be his Attorney General.
