YouTube Description
as posted by the channelDuring a Republican group fundraising dinner this past weekend, a clever activist that has a habit of trolling Matt Gaetz entered the room with a blow up doll telling Gaetz that he had "an underage girl for you." This is not the first time that the activist, Michael Picard, has made a splash by getting under the skin of Republicans, and especially Gaetz, and a report of the incident suggests that Gaetz is getting fed up with the fact that the man always gets the best of him. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what happened.

Last weekend, Matt Gaetz attended a, uh, Republican local Republican chapter fundraising Lincoln Dinner here in his district. And it was interrupted when a clever activist showed up with a blowup sex doll taunting Matt Gatz and proclaiming as he walked in. Matt Gaetz, I got you the underaged girl. Now, this activist is a man, uh, named Mike Picard. And Picard has a habit. He calls himself, uh, what did he say? Your friendly neighborhood troll. And he has this great habit of showing up and kind of disrupting events that Matt Gaetz does to the point where after the doll incident this past weekend at Matt Gaetz's swanky fundraising dinner, Matt Gaetz was heard by several people saying, quote, this guy's a real piece of. So Matt Gaetz is very familiar with this man who continuously trolls him. And of course, he's shown up at other Republican events trolling.
But what's funny about this story is the fact, not just the fact that he showed up with the doll, but what I love about it is what Mr. Picard actually told Newsweek when they reached out to him. 'cause they wanted to do a story on this. And here is why, as he explains, he did this. The decision not to charge Gates is shrouded in secrecy. I think it is important to bring awareness to what elected officials do and what they're accused of doing, and to have a conversation about whether it is befitting of their office. Very smart statement, very true statement. The reason Matt Gaetz was not criminally charged by the Department of Justice after a years' long investigation, after all of the other cooperating witnesses said, yes, he did this. They're on the record saying, yes, he did this. And the D O J just says, no, we're gonna not gonna charge.
The reason for that has not been made public. We don't know. All we know is that there were some very serious allegations against him, Matt Gaetz. There were some pretty, you know, damning receipts. And then the D O J after a couple years just says, ah, not gonna happen. Well, the public needs answers. Hell, even the Republicans in the House of Representatives want answers because the House Ethics Committee just reopened their investigation into this. And this is a good thing that Mr. Picard is bringing attention to. He may have done it in a way that some people may found silly. I find it hilarious personally, but it's bringing attention to a very important issue that we never got resolution to. We never got closure. At the very least, the D O J could come out and be like, all right, listen, here's why we decided not to
Charge. And then lay out your case. And if that's the way you want to do it, then fine. We may not be happy about it, but at least there will be a little bit of transparency. Right now, we don't have that, and until we have that, we have to rely on activists like Mr. Picard to go out there and, and cause a scene in order for these stories to get back into the press. Now, Matt Gaetz was also contacted by Newsweek, by the way, and he decided to, you know, take a personal shot at Mr. Picard. And he said, Northwest Floridians naturally have visceral reactions towards weirdos and at, uh, with atrocious physionomy. So he is attacking his looks, calling him a weirdo, and said, Northwest Floridians have a a version. I'm a Northwest Floridian. I've been here longer than you, Matt, by the way.
