According to new reports, a witness in the Trump documents case told federal investigators that Donald Trump would routinely, repeatedly scribble down to-do lists like a child on the back of classified documents, that he would then of course hand to this woman who was an executive assistant to Donald Trump. The woman's name is Molly Michael. She had worked for Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago. The day after the f b I came to Mar-a-Lago, she went to her office there and said, oh, let me find some things. And she found, of course, the documents that Trump had scribbled on and turned those over to the F B I. So not only did she tell the investigators that, yes, Donald Trump did this, he was scribbling on the, uh, classified documents. He gave them to me. I obviously don't have clearance to view the documents. And then she said, oh, and by the way, here's the evidence to back it up.

Now, again, because we're dealing with Judge Cannon in this particular case, I can't say what I want to say, which is that he's done. But Judge Cannon is a loose cannon. She's the X factor in this case. Obviously, she's trying the case in a very Trumpy district in Florida. So you're gonna have a pro-Trump jury. That's just the way the, the chips fall here. But if this were held in a neutral jurisdiction, literally anywhere in the country, this would be enough to put Donald Trump in jail. Not just convict him, but enough to put him in jail. Because this changes the nature of the documents case. This is no longer just about Donald Trump taking classified documents. Donald Trump not returning classified documents, obstruction to justice. No, no, no. This goes further. This is further proof that Donald Trump allowed these documents to be viewed by people who do not have security clearances.

I mean, think reality winner, right? Think Chelsea Manning, people who leaked classified documents, you know, to the benefit of the public, by the way, in both those instances, but they leaked classified information. They both went to prison. What Donald Trump did here was not because he was trying to expose crimes of the federal government. He did it because he's a child, at least mentally, and he was just writing down his to-do lists like run to the store, get some eggs, milk, bread, butter. Here you go. Um, why does this have plans for attacking Iran on the other side? Ah, don't worry about that. That's not on the grocery list. Obviously, he shared classified information with people without, uh, two people without security clearances. That alone is enough, as I pointed out in those two other instances to send somebody to jail for years.

And now, based on the testimony of Molly Michael, based on the, based on the evidence that she turned over to the prosecutors, yeah, that's kind of a, a smoking gun if there ever was one in this case. So we'll see how this plays out, but it sure as hell looks like Donald Trump did far worse with these documents than we had previously thought.
